The program’s objective is to provide young people aged 18-25 with their first opportunity for international mobility on the African continent (starting with Ghana). This program allows participants to discover the economic and professional landscape on the continent while acquiring transferable skills (English, soft skills).
The program is structured in three parts:
– Cultural and professional awareness workshops
-Professional immersion (2 weeks in Ghana)
– Assessment and follow-up.

The professional immersion consists of:
– An immersion in Ghanaian social enterprises across various fields (matching according to CV, skills, and interests).
– Participation in thematic workshops (e.g., leadership) and visits to key locations within Ghana’s economic ecosystem.

The organisation covers: cultural and professional awareness workshops, round-trip airfare, accommodation, company immersion as well as support. With this program, we aim to democratise international mobility and enable young people to acquire international and entrepreneurial skills, broaden their horizons, and enhance their employability.

We also wish to expose them to another image of the African continent.

To date, this program is its third edition.
